Filestream’s OfficioDM Pro software is a simple and powerful Document Management system.Any computer file can be handled although the most common are scanned paper documents, Office documents, e mails, PDF’s, JPEG’s etc.Documentation would typically include, Supplier Invoices, Delivery Notes, HR, Transport, Clients, Projects, Meeting Notes, in short, any paper document or files stored on a shared drive.All documents are fully encrypted and password protected.
